Change CMA size on Odroid C1

Postby falrus » Sun May 14, 2017 9:38 am

Hi!
I've got an Odroid C1 board, a STK1160 usb video recorder, and a problem with stk1160 module. After some googling, I found out that Raspberry Pi guys solve the problem by increasing CMA size to 128M.
I've created /boot/cmdline.txt with "cma=128M" and also added "setenv cma=128M" to /boot/boot.ini , but nothing changed CMA is still 44M.
How to change CMA?

[root@alarm ~]# dmesg | grep -i CMA
[ 0.000000] cma: CMA: reserved 8 MiB at 3c400000
[ 0.000000] cma: Found region@0, memory base 0, size 42 MiB
[ 0.000000] cma: CMA: reserved 44 MiB at 2cc00000
[ 0.976886] cma: Assigned CMA region with name cma_0 to amvenc_avc.0 device

[root@alarm ~]# uname -a
Linux alarm 3.10.104-11-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Thu Mar 23 20:57:50 MDT 2017 armv7l GNU/Linux
