USB Audio device

Postby RMJ » Wed Jan 10, 2018 1:58 am

Hello!

I have this usb audio device in my machine.

It works ok under other Linuxs distros and Windows machines, but in this specific machine (a samsung chromebook), I cant figure out how to make it work.

It plays some seconds of audio, but saturated, distorted, kind of getting stucked, then it keeps stucked until the system resets or I plug and unplug the device.

Does anybody here knows how to debug this problem??

Thanks!

Update!

In this specific Samsung Chromebook machine, this module does not work at all on the usb 3.0 port.

In the 2.0 usb port, it presents the problem told erlier.

If I boot into the ChromeOS system, the same problems occours... could that be a problem specific with this machine?

It makes sense it not to work in both systems, since the kernel and kernel modules are copied from the Chrome OS partition on the instalation.
