[libnfs] Update to 4.0.0-3 breaks kodi-rbp

Today's update of libnfs 3.0.0-2 -> 4.0.0-3 causes the following error when starting kodi.service.

/usr/lib/kodi/kodi-rbpi: error while loading shared libraries: libnfs.so.12: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.
