how to install old versions of package (no cache)

Hi,

I am installing my odroid xu4 new. It runs owncloud.

Currently ach is installing php7.4, but owncloud is only capable of using php 7.3.
How can I install the old version of php? Since the setup is new, there is no old package available in pacman cache.

Where can I find the archvies for armv7?
