[Crostini, C101PA] mono 6.4.0.198-2 doesn't run SubtitleEdit

Note: The CPU is aarch64 but I installed ARMv7h instead, to save the size of the installation.

With 6.4.0.198-2, on executing SE, terminal gives a SIGSEGV
With 6.4.0.198-1, SE runs fine.

It was tested multiple times across multiple reboots, switching between the two versions.
