Odroid C1 and C2: Fresh install -> No networking

ArchLinux is currently unusable on the Odroid C1 and C2.
An upgrade from a previously working C1 results in a system without networking.
I tried a fresh install too, thinking I made a mistake or something, but got the same result.
Someone mentioned that it's a problem with newer versions of systemd, but I tried an image from 1 year ago with the same result.

I can confirm that there is something wrong in one of the updates.
I have just reinstalled my system from scratch, but as soon as I run a full update the system does not connect anymore.

updating a fresh installed system results in the same problem:make_clickable_callback(MAGIC_URL_FULL, ' ', 'https://pastebin.com/QaE15Q8w', '', ' class="postlink"')

I have taken the eMMC out of the device and edited the eth0.service file /etc/systemd/network/eth0.network to have a static IP.

I'm now able to connect to the device over the static IP. When I try to finish the installation by running

pacman-key --init


I get errors:

Running pacman-key --populate archlinuxarm will fail because it needs pacman-key --init first. But, at least the system is running.

I just removed /etc/pacman.d/gnupg

I got this output running the --init again:
