plex media server

I was hoping to run plex media server on a Wandboard. I see the plex server package in the arm5 repo, but not the arm7h repo. Has anyone run plex on an Arm7 device, and if so where did they get it?

They only made a v5 soft binary. Our v7 is v7hf, so, it will only work if it is statically linked.

By "they" do you mean the upstream folks at Plex, from whom pacman grabs a build and repackages? Or do you mean someone within the ALARM community that created the PKGBUILD? If ALARM, then I can step up and provide a new PKGBUILD; but if plex, then I suppose I am at the mercy of those folks to add support for arm7hf. Given the rise of dual and quad core Arm7 devices with hard float and onboard GPUs capable of 1080p and greater, I should think that they would be happy to oblige -- more opportunities to sell their PlexPass service and mobile clients.

They as in Plex makes only and armv5 binary blob.
