Arduino IDE

Postby Enverex » Mon Feb 24, 2014 1:56 pm

Has anyone managed to get the official Arduino IDE working on Arm7h? Both the normal and beta versions are in AUR but neither work.

The normal version fails during build due to an unsupported archetecture error during the Java build process and the Beta installs, but doesn't work because it has x86_64 libraries bundled with it that I cannot find replacements for (astylej - I can find and build AStyle, but not libastylej).

So yeah, anyone else had any luck with this?

Haven't tried the Arduino IDE but the very recent gcc toolchain works perfectly for coding in vim and using a Makefile to compile and get the hex file to the chip through avrdude.
