Yes, I know, serial is my friend, but I just found out that my serial to usb breakout is pinned in such a way that it won't fit on the board in the right direction, and it's a little late for a run to microcenter. I'm hoping for some ideas while I decide if I'm driving up there tomorrow or ordering a different cable.
I installed Arch on a 32gig gSkill card as described in the installation instructions. I plug it in, power it on, and all the LEDs come on solid...and nothing else happens. The ethernet lights show a little activity, but the device never shows up in my router. I pulled the memory card, mounted it on my other box, and edited the network config file to try for a static IP. No joy. I tried booting it up with the HDMI cable connected to my TV, and I see no activity.
With the card removed, I successfully connected to the default install via USB and ethernet, and when I plug it into my TC I get the desktop. So it's not the board.
