Hi it seems that mix of old kernel and new systemd is a problem. Udev droped userspace firmware loading in favor of kernel firmware loading. So kernel since 3.7 will be working with systemd 217.

Thank you very much. My kernel is Linux alarm 3.4.103-ARCH+ and systemd version 218. What is the better way? Make a new kernel (i have a custom kernel) or downgrade systemd ? What version is more stable ?
