Odroid XU: Can't ssh into arch linux

I can't ssh into the arch linux on my odroid xu with the latest image (2. November 2014). The odroid xu boots from sd-card and I can see the ip-address in my router. But I can't ping or ssh into the odroid. Is this a bug in the latest image (with former images I had no problems)? Knows anyone how to fix the issue?

Are these both connected over Ethernet? Not being able to ping is .. odd.

Thank you for the reply! Yes they are connected over ethernet. DHCP seems to work, I can see the odroid's ip in my router. I tryed to ssh the odroid with another machine, also connected via ethernet, but no succes.

I don't know why but after I connected the odroid xu with the USB-3.0-Ethernet-adapter to the network I could connect via ssh. The build in 100 MBit ethernet connection doesn't work.
