dnsmasq and nettle-3.1

Is my mirror out-dated or has dnsmasq been pushed out requiring nettle 3.1 which is unavaiable?
I've tried a couple different mirrors and no love as of yet. When I check the core package listing
on github it says nettle 3.1 has been released but I'm not seeing it on my end. I could just build
it myself but can someone please check if they can get this working? I'd like to know if the problem's
solely on my end. Using manual IP assignment for now.

More Information:

Under ARMv6 for a PI-B, pacman -Syyu updates both dnsmasq and nettle together.
Seems to be limited to ARMV7 or my mirror(s).

It's the mirrors I was using apparently. Using the GEO-IP based mirror everything is fine now.
