How long are you waiting for? It takes a LONG time (2 to 3 hours last i tried) to build Kodi on the c1. It's likely still building in the background.

I had the build output that normally shows on the screen piped into a build.log. If you want to see where it's at in the build process, use screen to start the process in another "screen" and use a second screen to watch build.log.

What you pasted is what you see on screen. There should be a "build.log". That file shows the status of the build. You will not see the output on the screen while its building.

You shouldn't run binaries that some random person from the internet sends to you :D

I have no problem compiling the it, but it takes some hours.
Just run makepkg inside a screen session and come back a day later.

EDIT: I just checked. Compilation takes 9 hours on my ODROID-C1.

Hello
Same problem here, I can't build the package
Here is the end of my build.log:

CPP xbmc/guilib/XBTFReader.o
CPP xbmc/guilib/TextureGL.o
CPP xbmc/guilib/TexturePi.o
CPP xbmc/guilib/GUIFontTTFGL.o
CPP xbmc/guilib/GUITextureGLES.o
CPP xbmc/guilib/MatrixGLES.o
CPP xbmc/guilib/GUIShader.o
AR xbmc/guilib/guilib.a
LD kodi.bin
xbmc/cores/playercorefactory/playercorefactory.a: error adding symbols: Archive has no index; run ranlib to add one
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
Makefile:486: recipe for target 'kodi.bin' failed
make: *** [kodi.bin] Error 1
make: Target 'all' not remade because of errors.
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().
Aborting...

@bcclsn the build.log file is into ~/PKGBUILDs/alarm/kodi-c1-fb/src/xbmc-${_commit} folder
