Udoo quad not showing up Arduino DUE device

Postby gst0098 » Mon Aug 17, 2015 7:47 am

Hello to all,
I'm using the udoo quad with kernel 4.1.3-1, the device relative to the onboard arduino DUE is not created into /dev directory, it shoud be /dev/ttymxc3, do I have to activate it in some way ?
If I connect an external Arduino DUE, while the programmer port is detected as a new full speed usb device but the device is not created, the native USB port it is not even detected, ie dmesg does not give any information on the new attached device.

Besides that I would like to use the native USB port of the onboard Arduino DUE, I know that it is possible to use it by patching the kernel, but first I need to activate the programmer port.

Anyone is using the integrated arduino DUE succesfully ?

Thanks to all
Giuseppe
