Kernel compiling error by using ARMv7l hard toolchain

Hi Guys

I am using the Pre-built crosstool-ng toolchains(at http://archlinuxarm.org/developers/dist ... -compiling) to compile the linux kernel 3.10.54.
problem 1: in halfway of making, it has error saying missing "include/kernel/compiler-gcc5.h" and I fixed it by adding that header from a higher version of linux kenel source

problem 2: then i make again and it has error saying:

/home/js/Downloads/x-tools7h/arm-unknown-linux-gnueabihf/bin/arm-unknown-linux-gnueabihf-ar: error while loading shared libraries: libfl.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [arch/arm/net/built-in.o] Error 127
make: *** [arch/arm/net] Error 2

Could any of the masters here can help me with this second problem or is my first problem solution correct? Thanks a lot in advance!
