rpi2+tl-wn725n + hostapd: what't the status?

I have a raspberrypi2 and I want to use arch with a tp-link tl-wn725n adapter to create an hotspot with hostapd.

From http://superuser.com/a/939140 I can see that the driver has been included in the kernel: the interface is recognized but hostapd doesn't work.

Anybody has it working with the rpi2 ?

Any chance the next arch image will support the adapter and include by default a working version of hostapd with it?
