I2C suddenly not detecting slaves on the bus with ODROID-C1

I have been using a ODROID-C1 for a while but suddenly i am not able to see any of the slaves with i2cdetect.

Here is what i get form the output:

I should only have a slave on address 13.

I have tried to change the address of the slave and also tried to connect 10 different MCU controllers on the I2C bus.

What is wrong?
