RPi3 tutorial needs update for the /boot parition

Hi,

The RPi tutorial mention a 200M size for the boot partition, but on a fresh install the boot contains 230M.

(Also, why is this directory filling so fast?, I read that it was bumped from 100 to 200 in 2020...)
