kernel rbd module missing

As in the title, the kernel rbd module is missing. This is available on the aarch64 kernel but I'm not aware of any issues on armv7h.

Is there a specific reason why it's not enabled as a module by default? Would it be reasonable to open a PR on Github to enable this?

Additionally, I can't find the headers in the `linux-raspberrypi-headers` package (in order to compile separately) but I'm probably missing something about the build process
