Hello! First time to post here.

My RPi3B+ have ArchLinuxARM running on it (armv7h version). Latest kernel and all updates (only packages from official repos + yay installed from AUR). My SD is Samsung EVO PLUS UHS-1 class 10 SDHC card (MB-MC32GA). This page tells that it is supported and works fine. Power adaptor is 5V/2.5A. Fan is also installed but I use it only when doing some heavy tasks. No overclocking is used.

I use my RPi3B+ as Wi-Fi access point - I have hostapd installed on it and share ethernet to my devices via 5GHz. Things were fine until recently - my RPi has been running without reboot for weeks (since January) and no problems were observed. But last week (I don't remember the exact time when this occured) I observed two strange situations (essentially, they are the same). While watching YouTube on my PC internet suddenly stopped working and after some seconds Wi-Fi link disappeared. The first time I simply logged into my RPi via keyboard and HDMI monitor and rebooted it manually with systemctl reboot. NB: I had to wait while hostapd service becomes killed for about 1.5 mins. Yesterday I've observed the same behavior and again while watching YouTube. Weird, because I've already used almost the whole available bandwith of RPi's Wi-Fi link while downloading huge amount of data, compressing the whole SD card contents into archive and so on.

I thought initially that my SD card dies (strange, because it's brand new). Then I tried to force fsck on my partitions (I've done it on RPi itself via /forcefsck, tune2fs and other tricks and on my PC by my hands too). But fsck says that filesystems are clean:

So I came to conclusion that my SD card is good and problem is not so obvious. Searching on the forum and with google told me that this problem is not distro- and card-related, so it seems like regression started with the latest updates (I believe that the firmwares that were released on this week may contain some bugs). As you can see, at 10.03.2019 there were two critical updates:

but RPi has been working for a week after that (I always reboot after installing such important updates). And on 17.03.2019 there was another update:

After that the first hang observed on 20.03.2019 - only after 3 days. I've rebooted RPi several times on 23.03.2019 and the next hang was observed almost immediately - after 12 hours on 24.03.2019. Seems like linux-firmware-20190313.efd2c1c has introduced some bug... It's interesting to know your experience.

I've experienced strange things as well, though the console would get spammed with message along the lines of "
BUG: scheduling while atomic". I thought it was the SD card as well. I've tried reinstalling 3 times now and after a few reboots problems kept coming up when trying to poweroff or reboot.

It's funny cause I have another RPi3b+ (by Element14, not the shitty CanaKit one that keeps having problems) with a better power supply and it has no problems.. yet.

Gonna try out Raspbian for now like a sellout and see if that has the same problem.
