DHCP disabled after system upgrade

Postby pejobo » Wed Apr 22, 2015 7:52 pm

I did a full system updgrade today (last time I did is at most a week ago) and lost network connectivity (wired). "ifconfig" shows only a IPv6.
I try to find what has changed, but without ssh and only a TV it's a bit clumsy.
I wanted to get the message out fast, details follow..

[EDIT]
Seems to be a DHCP issue, static ip is working.. (to be continued)

[EDIT 2]
dhcpcd service wasn't started :/
I enabled it again. Changed the subject line here, intentionally didn't add "solved" because I don't know why this happened.

I'm is still using the static ip configured like here https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Dh ... ic_profile
I think I'm running in this bug https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90103 because ipv6 is switched off in my network.
