hi,
now i installed latest image without any prob. Transcend 32GB, class 10.
are you sure you have first partition formated on fat32 with bootable and LBA flags.
if i uncheck lba flag rpi2 dont boot.

good news, lots of kernel updates since my last post. I have just tried with 4.1.20-1 and I can overclock my Pi !
It boots with Turbo profile.

Upgraded kernel to 4.4.10 - no more issues with booting from my Transcend microSDHC UHS-I 16GB.

The bug may be considered closed.
