ODROID-C2 to build packages for armv7h

Postby msilletti » Thu May 09, 2019 7:48 pm

I'd like to use my ODROID-C2 that runs the odroid-c2 kernel that is aarch64 to build packages for my Raspberry Pis that run armv7h. Is this possible?

Yes, you need to use devtools-alarm. I wrote a bash wrapper script I use, but it's setup to build with distcc so you'll need to have distccd-alarm if you wanna do it. You install that on your volunteer machine not on the ODROID-C2. This way, the ODROID-C2 can have some help to build. Recommend an x86_64 machine.

Wrapper script: https://github.com/graysky2/bin/blob/master/arm-build
Distccd-alarm: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/dist ... rm-armv7h/
