[SOLVED] RPi 3 B(+) won't shutdown nor reboot

Hi there,

I am confronting a quite serious problem, my systems won't reboot unless I unplug and plug the cord power. They won't shutdown either. I know this because when I issue the command
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'journalctl --list-boots')
it will show only 1 entry and
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'journalctl -b -1')
gives an error. Besides, the folder /var/log/journal has as many temporary files .journal~ as boots I've done and only 1 .journal.

I can't believe to be the only one facing this. I work with these systems remotely. What I am gonna do if I need to reboot'em? Any help?

Hardware: RPi 3B and RPi 3B+
Software: lastest tarball fully updated
Modifications: *.network to have a static ip and systemd-resolved is disabled to avoid DNSSEC pain, nothing else
