[Rock64] I2C/SPI/GPIO enable?

Want to get my SlushEngine running on my Rock64... There's no helpful info here: https://archlinuxarm.org/platforms/armv ... hip/rock64 like there is for the RPi2/3... Even thought it's probably pointless, I attempted to follow the RPi documentation but can't because /boot/config.txt doesn't exist... Wut do?
