This is despite being online and able to visit mirror.archlinuxarm.org with a browser. Also, it was working fine yesterday. What do you suppose is up?

I'm sure you have already solved the issue, but as there are no responses yet: your clock is likely off. Set it manually or sync it, and probably your problems will be solved.
