HTML5 Game on ARM64

Hi together,

this is no Arch specific problem, but I think it is an arm specific problem. I hope here are the specialists that could ghelp me to find a solution.

I bought an ARM chromebook (Lenovo Ideapad Duet Chromebook) to get the power of android apps and a full featured desktop browser for playing Forge of Empires with the helpful browser extension. After the first use I figured out that I can load the game but it shows a black map (see screenshot above). Exactly the same happens when I use the desktop view in the mobile chrome browser. The menus will be loaded but the map is black. In the Forge of Empires forum they told me that ARM Chromebooks are not supported. I can accept that, but I couldn't find any explanation why chromebooks aren't supported. They wrote they are hardware limited. Does anyone of you know what the limitation is. I'm just curious and it would help me to accept. Otherwise I would be very happy if anyone knows if there is a possible workaorund. There hundreds of Chrome Flags and perhaps one of it could make the difference.

I thank you very much in advance!

Best regards

As you have stated yourself, this is not an Arch-specific problem. Please refer to the support sites of Lenovo or Chrome OS.

I can also confirm that you are not experiencing an ARM-related problem. This browser game has a surprisingly pain-free sign-up process, so I could verify that it is working in Chromium on my RPI 4B.
