BTRFS support still not included in regular initramfs

I see the kernel version was upgraded to 5.11-4, but btrfs is still not supported in the regular initramfs.

This is bothersome during provisioning.

Can't understand why there is a fallback initramfs with a size of ~17MB while the regular is less than half. Totally useless.
