Well, there are tarballs for the Raspberry Pi. It would make sense to use the linux-rpi kernels on the ArchLinuxARM-rpi-aarch64-latest.tar.gz and ArchLinuxARM-rpi-armv7-latest.tar.gz. That said, the tarballs haven't been updated since March 2023.
