USB stopped working on Raspberry 4

My USB ports stopped worked after some update

I tried downgrading from `linux-aarch64 6.19.3-1` to `6.18.6-1`, which was the only version I had in disk cache and the problem persist. Sadly, I haven't found a package archive to try an older version.
