[RPI 3b aarch64] Boot process hangs for several minutes

When I saw the fix, I've decided to move back from linux-raspberrypi4 and I broke something when I first installed a new version of bootloader and then run pacman -S linux-aarch64. RPi refused to boot after restart and I had to manually rewrite boot partition, and after successful reboot Arch stopped recognizing any network devices... Re-installing linux kernel from cache had helped, and now U-Boot seems to work perfectly, yeah. Don't repeat my mistake, though, whatever it was; I think that installing new kernel AFTER updating bootloader caused this.
