Odroid-C2 fails to boot with latest (07) image

Hi,

I'm unable to boot my Odroid-C2 using latest image (ArchLinuxARM-odroid-c2-latest.tar.gz from 01.07) - clean installation.
It was flashed as per instructions, to eMMC 16GB card, from up-to-date Arch x64 host.

Red and blue diodes give constant light, there is no output through HDMI.
I've tried other images (ubuntu, debian) and they boot fine, so it's not a hardware issue.
