Full disk encryption for Samsung Chromebook Plus

The installation instructions for the Samsung Chromebook Plus (https://archlinuxarm.org/platforms/armv ... ebook-plus) are very nice. Everything works as expected. The one thing I wish to add is full disk encryption.

Is there an easy way to get the kernel to mount a luks root partition at boot, or do I need to start from scratch with something like grub?

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
