Video Quality in Chrome ArchlinuxARM?

Is there a way to have better video quality in Chrome or other browser?
It seems video is sluggish.

I have next video drivers installed

alarm/xf86-video-fbturbo-odroid-c2-git 199.f9a6ed7-2

xorg-xinit and xorg-server
