RPi3B+ internal NIC LEDs do not work under aarch64

On an unmodified install (ArchLinuxARM-rpi-3-latest.tar.gz 02-Dec-2018 04:39), the onboard NIC does not have functional LEDs yet the network is up and functional. Anyone else? Known issue?

I'd say that thoese LEDs may not be governed by the MCU. They might be connected to the NIC card.

LEDs should be functional since this commit (4.20):
