RPI 4 UART configration

Hi All,

I have installed the ArchLinux on RPi 4 and RPi3b+,
but I am not able to configure the UART for RPi 4,

I have $this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'enable_uart=1') in config.txt

With this set up the RPi 3b+ works perfectly, but RPi 4 failed to bootup.

Please can somebody share configuration and baurd rate on which I could get the serial logs on linux.
