[Solved] alarm on NanoPi NEO3

Is it possible to run Achlinux ARM on NanoPi NEO3 (Rockchip RK3328)? Looks like there is no dts for this board in mainline kernel...

Do those boot files work for someone else? I haven't been able to make it run yet - power led goes on and the ethernet blinks, but nothing else seems to happen. I haven't tried serial debugging yet but I might have to try that next.
Could it be my power supply by any chance? I tried a normal phone charger and the charger of my Macbook (65W PD) with same results, you'd assume at least the Macbook charger would be enough?
