pi4 2.4GHz yes 5GHz no

Title sums it up. I can see the 5GHz SSID, but only connect to the 2.4GHz SSID.
the strangest thing is that from Raspberry Pi OS (debian buster) it is possible to connect to the 5Ghz wi-fi network

I'm trying to make the connection with wpa_supplicant

The only relevant log that I see:
