Compute Module 4 (CM4) aarch64 boot

Postby skunark » Fri Apr 30, 2021 12:47 am

Has anyone had any luck with booting aarch64 on the compute module 4.
(http://os.archlinuxarm.org/os/ArchLinux ... est.tar.gz) (latest is dated in 2/21)

I've had no issues with the 32-bit version other than the wireless not working, but for the aarch64 it just skips to bootp. I assume this is skipping to bootp because it can't find the image or it's considered corrupted. Any thoughts on what to try next?

I have the same issue, waiting for fixing.
--------------------------------------------------
I figured out how to make it.

1. install archlinux aarch64 for pi4 in a pi4.
2. replace kernel like https://archlinuxarm.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=15128&p=65808.
3. tar the system and restore to cm4.
4. thats it. :D
