Odroid c2 does not boot

Hello,
I want to try archlinuxarm on my Odroid c2. Unfortunately it does not work.
I tried according to the following instructions to create both a micro SD and eMMC.

I used the following command according to my e2fsprogs version.

[code]mkfs.ext4 -O ^metadata_csum,^64bit /dev/mydevice.[/code]

There was no obvious error message when creating the cards

Unfortunately the device does not boot and I see a red steady light from the diode.
When I connect the device to a monitor via the HDMI port no output appears, that means with my knowledge a troubleshooting is currently not possible.

How can I check, what the problem could be?
