I get stream stalled on Kodi using PVR Simple IPTV (Widevine

I am running a Rpi 3+ running arch aarch64. I am also running Kodi 21.0 Omega Beta 1. I have compiled pvr simple iptv, inputstream ffmpegdirect, glibc-widevine, and widevine using the package build on arch from the user repo. I am trying to watch some Netflix content and I get a stream stalled after exactly 15 seconds on every stream. I don't think this is a network issue.

Does anyone have this working? I can't figure out if it's my setup or something I compiled or if it's Kodi Omega. I used the widevine from the usr repo as it had a patch that was applied. I tried some other versions from using the inputstream installer and I also tried with the Video Tester add on from SlyGuy. I made sure I used the proper versions (Omega for Omega) to compile. Also, I used the adaptive stream that pulled from xbmc-bento4 from the PKGBUILD on usr repo. I'm not sure if I should have used the other one that pulled from peak3d.
