Broken boost package link

The package link for boost make_clickable_callback(MAGIC_URL_FULL, '(', 'http://mirror.archlinuxarm.org/aarch64/extra/boost-1.83.0-5-aarch64.pkg.tar.xz', '', ' class="postlink"')) appears to be broken right now.

Additionally, when I previously downloaded this package, there were lib .so file symbolic links that did not point to anything (the target files were not included). There were also static boost libraries (.a files). Was only including working static libraries intentional or a bug?
