Where to find latest aarch64 binaries?

The arch-linux-arm github repo https://github.com/archlinuxarm/PKGBUILDs hosts the source files including modified PKGBUILDs for building ARMv8 compatible packages.

I have not found the binaries on the arch mirrors corresponding to the package versions hosted on the above named repo. For example, the glibc package on the arch mirrors is 2.35-5, the PKGBUILD is 2.39-1!

Where do I find the built packages corresponding to the sources hosted above?

Alternatively, I have a functioning build environment on my raspberry pi 5. Is there a CLI or script where I can check out the source files and build the packages locally? Admittedly to build the whole tool chain is a haul, even if my RPi5 runs from a pcie gen3 nvme ssd card.
