incorrect timezone used in waybar

The waybar clock is giving me UTC instead of my local timezone.
I had this issue on my x86 systems aswell but there the update of tzdata 2024b-1 -> 2024b-2 fixed it.
I have tzdata 2024b-2 on my pinebook aswell but the issue still persists here for some reason.
My waybar version is also the same across x86 and arm 0.11.0-3

Anyone know why this didn't fix it on arm?
Waybar logs no time related errors on startup.
