Kodi upgrade requires lockdev upgrade from AUR?

On RPi5 I have kodi-rpi installed. Last week I did a full upgrade (pacman -Syu) and after that I checked my AUR packages using package-query -Au. I upgraded the following AUR packages:

hyperion.ng-git
kodi-addon-inputstream-adaptive-git
kodi-addon-pvr-hts

but after that I'm still left with:

aur/lockdev 1.0.3_1.6-7 -> 1.0.3_1.6-8

I never installed this package myself from AUR and this is the first time I see this. My last full upgrade was in March.. (yes, I know..).
It seems to be required by libcec-rpi. I have CEC Adapter disabled in Settings > System > Input since I don't use CEC. Am I required to upgrade this package myself from AUR? I never had to upgrade a package from AUR which I did not install myself after a full system upgrade.
