NanoPi Neo3 very unstable after upgrade to 6.14.x

So yeah, my NanoPi started crashing a while ago and I've spent almost all weekend trying to find out what's going on. I'm not actually sure if it crashed or if it just froze on something or even if network just went down, but anyway, it became completely unresponsive. And also nmap showed only rcpbind or whatever being open on it.

It updates its' temperature to my Home-Assistant (on a different NanoPi) over mqtt every 5 minutes, so I've been using that as a heartbeat to get a notification when it's down.

So after trying to disable everything that happened around when it lost contact, it ran a bit longer without freezing/crashing, but still I got the aforementioned notification in the morning just before I got out of bed.
So then I figured I'd downgrade my kernel to a version I knew used to be stable (I have all my /var/cache/pacman/pkg/ stuff all the way to 2022 intact) -> if it would've still crashed, I would've maybe assumed it to be a hardware issue... so I reinstalled kernel 6.13-2, and now it seems to be stable again. I put the kernel in pacman's blacklist so it doesn't update.

So yeah, seems like 6.14 changed something that doesn't agree with the NanoPi Neo3. I wonder if this is a common thing or just specific to this particular hardware? And if it's a common thing, how can I help out with debugging and solving the problem?
