Samsung Chromebook Plus boot loop after latest updates

I have a Samsung CB+ and it is sad after latest updates. Running mainline kernel.

I'll try to reinstall when I get a new microSD card. Any helpful advice on how to break out of the boot loop and land on a command line is appreciated.
