Raspberry Pi 4 - dmesg Output at terminal

Hey All,

I just installed the latest Arch Linux build for the raspberry pi 4 using the instructions found here:

I was able to get it booted and logged in without issues. However I am seeing what look like journal or dmesg output in the general terminal buffer/screen. So if I just sit at a shell prompt and wait 10 -15 seconds I see it finding my mouse and keyboard and bluetooth etc. Over and over again.

Is there something I have to do to quite these messages down or allow them to be placed somewhere else?
