Acer Chromebook R13 vs Samsung Chomebook Plus

I need a suggestion for choosing a cheap Chromebook. Powered by bigLITTLE cpu.
My priority is smooth and silky arch installation and hardware support (KB, touchpad, and wifi). H/w acceleration for youtube and AVC codecs does not matter to me.

I have to choose Acer Chromebook R13 vs Samsung Chromebook Plus.

Me is an experienced backend developer and will use Chromebook via SSH and VNC primarily.
