no cmdline.txt file?

Postby vileperson » Mon Oct 17, 2022 4:05 pm

I am trying the AArch64 installation for a RPI4 for the first time and noticed that there is no cmdline.txt file. Where would I go about putting kernel parameter options?

The aarch64 uses "uboot" instead of the the normal raspberry bootloader.

In your boot partition you find a boot.txt, with a line for kernel parameter.
After changing it you ***must*** compile the file via executing the ./mkscr in the same folder.

Thank you! I knew it had to be something with the way boot up was handled.
